Board of Director Meetings
These pages will allow you to access the various reports and motions that were on the agenda of the Board of Director's, last meeting. These meetings are held twice yearly with the Annual Meeting held in conjunction with the NMRA Convention and the Midyear Meeting normally held in January or February of the following year. Don't be confused by the term "Midyear Meeting". It derives its name from being in the middle of the Fiscal Year.
We can only post the reports and motions sent out by the Secretary NMRA in his Meeting Agenda Package. If a report did not meet the Secretaries deadline, it can't be included in the Agenda Package and will not appear here. These reports are passed out in person at the BOD meeting and we do not have access to them.
Please note that Minutes are to be considered draft and are subject to change until approved by the Board of Directors.
